I’ve never been to a more unprofessionally run place in my life. The whole system stinks there after waiting 40 minutes as onlyone representative waited on one customer that long I give all the information of my vehicle to the representative for a simple car battery to have him tell me, I have to bring the old battery in because they can’t tell which battery will be needed. by their computer. I asked the representative why I had to give all the information of my vehicle VIN number make a model in year and then he still couldn’t tell me about the battery and looked at me not understanding my frustration. As I’m going through all this, I hear the other employees in the back all joking around and fooling around as the line is going out the door and there’s only one guy working in the front counter, which literally took him 1520 minutes per customer Costco. I’m ready to cancel my membership over this if this is the direction you’re going in and not caring about how your facilities are. There are many opportunities out there to join other places which I will investigate.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Costco Yonkers Tire Center today. There was significant disorganization from the start—they initially could not locate my tires, the wait time was excessive, and there appears to be no clear or dedicated parking/process for tire service customers, which creates confusion and stress. Customer service was poor, with little communication or ownership of the delays. I expect a much better level of organization and service from Costco. The lack of a clear tire service parking area also increases the risk of vehicle damage in an already crowded lot.

Showed up 10 minutes early for a noon appointment. Waited and was told park car anywhere in huge lot. Place was a madhouse with cars triple parked waiting for spots. Finally parked on lower level and put the hat number on car. Returned with the keys and was told you can’t park on lower level - no sign, no notice. Went back down got car , waited for parking and finally someone pulled out. Finally checked in with keys at 12:25 and was told - 1 hour to hour and a half . Checked back in at 2:05 was told 20 minutes - it’s now 2:50 - no one is at the desk and I will miss another important appointment. No explanation no apologies- and no one to even talk to. Wow - go anywhere but here.

Worse customer service ever. Ordered a set of 4 tires a month ago. When the tires arrived scheduled an appointment for installation before the snowstorm. I came in for the appointment the worker said they can’t locate my 4 tires. Will have to come back another appointment. I had to drive through the snow storm with worn tires, and when it’s finally time to come back the second time to install, scheduled for 4:30pm, told me I have to wait 3 hrs. Save yourself the headache, give your business to another tire shops that have better customer service and deserve that few extra dollars. And the manager was so vindictive they didn’t release my car until they are closing.

Tire center employees are so unprofessional. There is no point on booking appointment. Booked appointments are a joke for them. I went to fix a flat tire with appointment booked for 3pm. After 2 hours waiting, they said i need a new tire as it cannot be fixed. They should've said that right away instead of holding me for 2 hours. This is ridiculous. All they try to do is to make us buy new tire instead of fixing it.
